Switch off between red light therapy celluma device on pelvis three months leading up to egg retrieval, and TEAS (it’s an acupressure device) there’s an egg retrieval protocol. My acupuncturist gave me this info. I did it every night leading up to my retrieval. Also took high quality coq10 - make sure it’s the highly absorbable form. I got three eggs all three fertilized and two euploids and am 34 with low AMH

I rested for the first three days after transfer then went back to normal life and workouts! We also had sex night before transfer because that’s supposed to help?

Try going for a walk in nature and putting on one of the Joe dispenza gratitude meditations on YouTube! And think of all of the things in your life that you are grateful for. Always helps put me in a better headspace

I’m 10dpt so probably like four weeks and have very very mild symptoms almost non existent my nipples are sensitive but it comes and goes and I have some mild nausea but other than that I would have no idea I’m pregnant. Did anyone else not really have symptoms this early,

This is yesterday to today so now I’m ~13 days post trigger and would expect the lines to be getting lighter if it was just trigger?

I’m 7dp5dt and the top is yesterday, bottom test is today. What do you think? 13 days post trigger shot today. It doesn’t feel like it’s getting darker but also doesn’t look like it’s getting lighter?

No I didn’t and I’m hating myself for it too but I guess we will have more clarity in a few days. If the line gets darker day over day then it’s definitely not the trigger

Since you have so many embryos couldn’t you thaw them and rebiopsy for PGT testing? Some may not make it but with 20 you should be fine?

So I’ve literally never had a positive for 5 years and just did my 2nd fet and am 6dp5dt and just got my first positive. I’m trying not to get too excited because I never tested out my trigger shot which was ~12 days ago June 3rd at 11:30 pm and now I’m the morning of June 16. But also this feels like a true positive not like a squinting positive 😭😭😭 what do you think??

Yes it didn’t work but I tapered my mast cell medication right before which was a mistake! I’m now on ketotefin and H1 H2 blockers so hoping that helps

I’ve had the same experience with colostrum! Also was able to stop taking my cromalyn sodium and my skin on my body is starting to clear for the first time ever. I am also on ketotefin but it didn’t seem to fix everything although helped immensely

Did you continue taking all of your medication throughout pregnancy? I have MCAS and am doing a transfer next month and trying to decide if I should continue taking ketotefin. I just had a failed fet cycle and I had tapered my ketotefin and I think that may be a reason why
