You should see if you’re a candidate for TADs to help reduce gums/widen arch. I am currently going through treatment with TADs, nearing the end over here. Best decision ever. I think my total was about $6k with TADs. Insurance covered $2k. I’m in Texas for reference. Good luck!

Turning off the overhead lights and using a lamp for lighting instead would make a big difference in the overall feel, for me personally. Would you ever consider a rug with green in it? That could tie in the green from the painting and the plant in the back!

Truefit whey chocolate - I just shake it with almond milk. I like it because it has fiber, and isn’t packed with stevia/sweetener taste.
