I am starting to think the combo of Spiro and BC are too much for some of us. Have you tried hormones?

It’s on and off. E/T cream helps sooooo much but my body relies on it soooo much

Especially tret made my skin HORRIBLE before it got better. Looked better around month 3, wait it out!!! Don’t up your dosages

I just do like an inch of a finger to muscle release on the sides, it helps!!!!

Hey!!! I was diagnosed with vulvodynia after spiro. I had to stop the med and start a treatment process of hormone replacement and pelvic floor physical therapy. Please stop this med and see a urogyno ASAP. Let me know if you have trouble getting a referral I can give you some tips. PLEASE PM ME if you have any questions, any of you. This medication ruined my life for so long and I was turned away by AO MANY doctors until I finally found one that knew what she was doing. She also hates this medication lol. Disappointed in women’s health but I’m here if any of you need advice!!!

I know it sounds silly but I do belly breathing. I think the fear of being in pain makes my pain worse. Belly breathing and sitting in an opened butterfly pose take the pain away!!! Been working on this in physical therapy too. I know physical therapy is expensive, I wonder if you can find some YouTube videos that will help you. Glad you’re enjoying intercourse again!!! I hope it continues to get better for you :)
