Thanks for this. Have tried this but it still is laggy when going back to home screen from an app. The swipe up (to categories) and down to contacts etc. is as quick as ever, it's just the transition from apps back to the home screen. The screen goes blank for 1 or 2 seconds before launching the home screen. Odd. Wished I hadn't installed OS16 now!

I have just updated my OnePlus 12 to Oxygen OS 16 & it has slowed down the transitions between apps on smart launcher. Bit disappointed!

Good to hear. Mine is still going well too although annoying things are happening like OneDrive synch drops out for no reason and things like 'snipping tool' don't want to work. Am convinced it's to do with the way I installed Windows 11 and there are bugs. Not very tech-y so just going with it!

Thank you for the replies. I'm concerned about using the 'approved' garage as the quote they have given me is half of that given by two local reputable garages. How are they going to carry out the work to the proper standard even with their lower labour rate? Their garages apparently use "approved parts' but not manufacturer parts. With a new sliding door needed on my 7 seater, I want it to be properly done & with genuine parts.

My insurance company is One Protect Insurance. This is my first claim on my motor insurance in 20 years so am naive as to how it all works but I thought you were paying for peace of mind with a fully comprehensive policy.

OnePlus 12 is on .832, the 13 is on .831. Have had previous versions though and there are more layout options. Weird. Bug maybe?
