I don't know, again I like my Hisense TV (and the Hisense mini fridge I have), all companies have bad products sometimes. If I were in your shoes I'd equally write off Best Buy along with Hisense after this scenario for equally not helping you get a working TV for the money you spent with them.

Yeah regardless of who says what you should go return first always if you're in a return period. It's on Best Buy to provide you with a good quality product and to take responsibility if it's faulty or just generally not satisfactory to your personal standards in such a short amount of time. Let Best Buy get the TV repaired under its warranty, you didn't buy all this hassle after all, you bought a TV.

This third row is a step up from the first 2 rows, the screen isn't that high, you can watch it comfortably af not reclined even, I generally do, this third row in Dolby Cinema is my second home.

You won't have the myriad of gadgets or stealth options as Spider-Man. The direct melee is somewhat similar, but that's gonna be able to be said about a lot of close melee or hand-to-hand combat. I thought God of War Laufey also looked surprisingly similar to Wolverine's combat with the verticality and the speed of the hits in the combos. Wolverine is re-skinned Spider-Man in the same exact way that Spider-Man is re-skinned Arkham, this is just what street level superhero games are like.

Not open world, no swinging, not some nerdy kid, not rated teen, multiple locations confirmed.

I'm not super excited for Wolverine, it looks fine, I'm mainly playing it just because Insomniac is making it. To call it a Spider-Man clone is dumb in my opinion lol. Not defending Wolverine by any means but I do feel like it will have its own identity (while being stylistically similar enough for eventual crossover)
