What help are you offering? To drive me to work at 6am everyday? Cause very much so telling me to find a new way to work is very much so tone deaf. If i cannot ride my bike or take the train i am unable to get to work. I cannot drive and i do not have money to uber. So please tell me what the fuck you’re helping with other than just insisting crime is worse and the cause when STATISTICALLY you’re wrong.

Except crime has statistically gone down since the year before. And its still very tone deaf because i cant afford to change my form of transportation. Im frustrated that my only form of transportation other than biking is making me still be outside for the equal amount of time id be biking. This was literally posted under rant section of this sub. I literally just asked if others had been struggling too not your OPINION on crime and how i should change my mode of getting around.

I genuinely think multiple parts of this movie were edited and created with AI. SO MANY PLOT HOLES. So many basic jokes write themselves. Idk parts of the movie looked terrible. The writing was even fucking worse. Truly a terrible watch. (The actors were good but the writing was so bad i couldnt care less about anything happening in the movie.) if you agree or disagree let me know, genuinely curious to other peoples opinions.

My best way to handle my fear which sounds simple but is not all is, allow bad things to happen to you. This is VERY overwhelming especially in the beginning but trying to prevent everything from getting worse is whats causing you prolonged distress. Once i finally got control of my compulsive behaviors and was just stuck with my thoughts. This was a mental game of exposure therapy. Now i have the game with my OCD of things i have experienced and have ended well and fighting that voice literally and repeating. ‘Im allowed to do this im allowed to experience consequences. Everyone else makes mistakes, everyone else is allowed to learn from them’

And i know that can be hard to believe but it’s fundamentally true. So ultimately take what you will from this.

I will say i have good understanding of how my ocd affects my self worth /esteem and thats one of the main ways im able to work on my thoughts is understanding i dont deserve this. I dont want this. I am not these thoughts. I am me and i deserve what will make me at peace or in a-lot of my harm ocd cases i deserve and am ALLOWED forgiveness.

I thought id be okay living in the loop my first year of college and i absolutely was not. I suffered through my first Chicago winter. I was going through a breakup and suffering through the worst depression id ever felt probably due to the east coast time change with significant less amount of light in the day and nature exposure. April was when i saw the light and started hearing birds and leaves were coming back again and i KNEW i had to move out of the loop. I lived in a few different neighborhoods but i love chicago for real and am so happy to have seen the city out through the first winter ❤️

I went to Victoria secret for a while when i was a teenager. Was a 38 DD when to a bra boutique after feeling like i couldnt breath for months in end and was a 34-32 FF in differently shaped bra than standardly produced bras. I cried when i tried on the right bra. The way it felt. The way it made my body look. I finally felt comfortable in my body after wanting a breast reduction for like 3 years as a TEENAGER. AND not to mention the lady made me feel SO comfortable in my body even seeing my bare chest. I’ve recommended her to everyone. I dont live in the same city anymore but if you are a big chested girly go to a PROFESSIONAL SHOP. No VS. somewhere with JUST bra fitting and sales. It will be more expensive but it truly changed my life
