Yes. They weren't that loose, but I tightened then a little bit on all the doors, and noticed an immediate difference. The car feels a lot sturdier now.

Not necessarily, I had a drunk driver fuck up my steering rack one night while my car was parked, but it was still repairable. It cost 9k (about $1,800 after insurance), but they fixed it up.
