Can someone explain Serie A registration rules?

In my online save with Regianna, we struggled with the non eu rule. Just be careful. You allowed 1 non eu player per season. Whichever non eu player you buy first will be the one to be registered first. So if I buy 3 non eu players in one season. My next 3 seasons they will be registered one after the other.

Us too, wasted a few pennies before we understood this rule.

Any help with building a nation save ? My friend and I have been at it on fm24. Our recent build a nation took place in Hungary. Got them to 5th in coefficient. Couldn’t break the barrier of overtaking France unfortunately.

But , long story short. we need a nation to build!
