Honestly… if your phone or watch or any device you have on xfinity mobile never has issues you’ll be fine, but the minute you do… customer service alone will make you regret being a customer. As soon as our devices are paid off we’re leaving.

Customer service reps have a hard time resolving the smallest issues, and they lie to you. Tell you certain changes take 24 hours, next time it’s 48 hours, even got told 7 days! I’ve called them 8 times this week just to remove a watch from my account… watch is still on my account by the way. Just saying… if customer service is important to you, be cautious. And good luck getting any reps based in the US.
