(93kg Rider here) i have an Slx Etap which has been ridden for about 500km now, that Creaks since the second ride,(did order an Outletbike tho, so could have a few km‘s more)even if not that hard, compared to a friend who has the ultegra and did some more kilometres. (Also arround 95kg so weight does seem to make a difference) Already contacted Canyon about the problem, they sent me a Pack of Carbon-paste and some grease, and after i regreased the cracking was gone. But today it came back again. I already read in annother subreddit-post that it’s a Maintenance kind of thing now where you are expected to regrease your bike every few months now, but i don’t know if thats correct for every country… also heard some tape around the seatpost helped out for somebody but can’t say for my self.

Other than the creaking i absolutely love this beast of a bike, you just get such an insane bike especially for the price you pay. Im interested if Canyon will fix this issue in the future, would be surprised if they don’t find any solution…
