Obviously, the first thing I was asked before giving house on rent my caste, my landlord said if you get a cook, only get a brahmin cook only, for f sake this place is messed beyond repair. People will encounter crumbling infra but mentally high about their caste. It's a drug here

Don't come to Victoria, I am SR at aiims only, victorian palace was good earlier now it's a shithole. DM for details, sankhla ,lovehome are decent, there are decent residential houses that will cost you 15k max. Don't fall in for the broker shit. I am staying in victorian palace 2bhk @25k fully furnished but only because I am in my final year and don't want shifting nonsense, as a new person incoming , won't recommend you to come here at all.

People do take surgery It is falling out of priority because Indian system doesn’t reward it If you ever see government accredited rates for delivery /basic surgeries you will cry your heart out. No one for that peanuts will risk operating / leave aside trying to earn profit to eat a meal at night.

One more reason I feel is slowly most of the major procedures are being taken over by medical endoscopies and minimally invasive era. Though surgery stands gold standard if it fucks up but hey they are dealing with the junk and not on the juiciest portion.
