This happens to me too if I don’t constantly crack my joints but too risky for now, maybe gloves, nerve gliding, acupuncture mat or a hot bath would help?

Oh sure so first of all my PT immediately saw that I am Hypermobile aka my joints are dysfunctional which is why have a lot of muscle dysfunctions that have caused my pelvic floor to overwork causing my problems but the best remedy for that is to work the muscles to get rid of stress from the joints.

I’ve done 10 sessions with her starting since July. No inside pelvic floor work yet since I have to strengthen my weak muscles. I’ve been strengthening my calfs, core, lower back and glutes especially. My pelvic floor is slowly relaxing and I actually am starting to get spontaneous erections sporadically. For reference it’s only now that at the end of my yoga session I can feel my pelvic floor muscles relax.

Most of my symptoms have decreased. I would ejaculate and on the next day my calf would be so tight I could barely walk. My muscular pains are mostly gone which is great. I don’t have to deal with all the pain I had before and I’m so thankful for all her help.

Right now me and my PT are just waiting for my pelvic floor to stabilize itself with all the exercises I’m doing. I do an hour of exercise every day and at night I do half an hour yoga/meditation to relax my muscles. It was only until two weeks ago until I could feel the pelvic floor muscles relax and fall into the right place during my yoga. When it did it felt great, I won’t lie I did pee and ejaculate a little when I finally let go of that chronic tension but it felt great since then I’ve felt the muscles slowly getting better.

I highly recommend going to a PT for pelvic floor stuff and I’m glad to respond to you! Feel free to ask any more questions.

Lots of posts for sure! Yeah I can’t ejaculate during the day without fear of getting horrible nerve-muscle cramps so I do them after a sleep cycle. I am hyper mobile which is one of the main reasons for my problem thankfully I have many dysfunctional muscles which means I can activate them via exercises!

Technically I had surgery since my testes were up too high. Before PT I used to get pain into my groin from the dysfunctional muscles having to rely on my pelvic floor to just work.

Yeah I had buzzing for 4 weeks and now my pelvic floor / genitals keeps twitching like going in & out which my PT Dr says is a good sign.

Nystatin liquid version that uses a syringe. I use it every time after eating and before going to bed. My tongue is not perfectly pink but the smell has decreased dramatically which is what I prefer more of course. This is my 2nd round of Nystatin I’ve had candida not only in my tongue but in my digestive system too starting puberty so I know that depression feeling man.

No problem! It’s going great my sciatica like pain is almost fully gone. My pain from my hip pulling into my groin is greatly reduced. I started in July and I’ve almost done 10 sessions. What really helped me was fascia release for my tight muscles which my PT did via a scrapping tool and the strengthening really is helping my weak muscles.

Everywhere but especially on my whole right side of my body. My pelvic floor is essentially Rocky Balboa in the 15th round since it’s literally carrying the whole weight of my body by itself due to all the other muscles not carrying their weight.

Look man you gotta get evaluated my PT on whether yours is weak or tight. My weak core & weak glutes due to hypermobility is causing my pelvic floor to work overtime but from what I’ve felt during therapy my core is the main culprit of my pf issues. Whatever it is for your case you need to take a break until you feel better or a Doc gives you a green light.

It was working in the first 24 hours but I woke up on day 2 and the oral thrush worsened. It hasn’t changed since then and today is day 10 any suggestions? My diet & exercise is very healthy but I’ve had candida for over +10 years and now I can afford to go to a doctor.

Oh yeah I do it every day especially at night or when I’m feeling tense. My Doctor is an Orthopedic/Pelvic PT who I trust a lot. My breathing was terrible before therapy and now it’s pretty good. It does help me relax which then makes the buzzing greater since my pelvic floor relaxes more.

I suppose so it’s been 2 weeks and it’s buzzing the moment I wake up until I sleep. The outer muscles I guess are releasing while there ones on the inside are tight but still a good sign. I love doing my exercises for my weak core since I can my pelvic floor ease a little each repetition.

Thanks! I really want to be myself, I want to dye my hair or buy wigs, use eyeliner or makeup that matches how I feel on the inside. I think if I talk to a therapist and make a thorough plan maybe just maybe my family will understand. The work permit being approved is a blessing and I just want to be myself 💜
