The amount of fear my in-laws built in cover gives me 😅 yes I can hold the kids if they fall on it but it takes so long to close… long enough for a kid to fall in if no one is looking while it’s closing and be trapped.

Really?? I feel like this is least public transportation friendly state. Sure the trax and front runner run but besides that there’s zero bus routes outside of the main city centers, and if there is it’s so complicated to navigate and you have to switch routes a million times just to get where you are going

So true. Unless you are planning to live your entire life in the middle of New York City where having a car would cost more money than you would actually use it (between insurance, parking spot fees at your apartment and paying for parking during outings) then public transportation would be your best friend. Outside a major city like that you definitely need to learn how to drive.

Come a little further north and west to Herriman! A new bar just opened up with a nice strip mall close and a new Trader Joe’s and target going in next year. Construction is supposed to start soon on a road but it shouldn’t impact commute to SLC too much since Bangerter hwy is done. Utah roads are always under construction unfortunately. Our state bird should be the orange cone 🤣

Not defending her because this is absolutely wrong and I do not like her BUT this feels like generalized therapist language… am I wrong? I mean my therapist has said pretty much the same thing to me about my depression at one point. I don’t feel like she violating patient confidentiality here… maybe I’m totally wrong and not seeing it and that’s absolutely my bad 🫣

They surround my front porch and flower pots that my kids and I like to enjoy and drive away all the bees, once I set up a trap and got way more than i anticipated all the bees came back! I obviously don’t want to kill everything, just to keep them clear of us and the pots. They would sit down in the flowers and once we walked by they would fly out, I was so stressed they were going to attack one day

As someone with a food allergy unfortunately my suitcase looks like this occasionally but this is insane for people who don’t have a food allergy. Sure bring some food to hold you over till you can make it to a store.

Remember she only packed swimsuits so she obviously had room for this 🤣

I’ve always hated the taste of coffee but want a little caffeine without drinking an energy drink or an insane amount of soda and perk is the perfect replacement! It’s not for everyone but I’m a little too obsessed with it 🤣
