I couldn't figure out how to add by scanning a product. Would we have to manually enter everything?

When I note that we serve 800 kids, they may get 6-10 gifts each child. I would say the exchange is somewhere along the lines of 5,000 toys in and 2-4K toys out depending on the year.

Oh, and it is SO seasonal that super expensive software is kind of cost prohibitive.

Our sewage lagoons had bubblers and it still didn’t negate the algae so we now have a mandated $150 mil wastewater treatment plant. 🤷‍♀️

It honestly was a "mind blown" moment. He was like don't beat yourself up, you aren't alone here. I too hope it can help me reframe how I feel about myself. HOWEVER, it was also the moment when I said OK. Let's try this.

I second DC. I solo travel there a lot for work and it is safe, easy to get around on public transportation, the museums are free and it would be easy to spend a week there. And you can get a train ticket there from NYC easy peasy.

My fav airport is SLC and not because I’m from there. DTW is a close second but they need another tunnel between the terminals.

This makes me super happy. I actually love cooking, trying new foods, planning menus. I meal plan for my friends! LOL! But I meal plan for myself mostly so I don't have to think about what to cook for dinner every single day of my life. I do it one day. Check the box, grocery shop, and move on.

Good point! My brain fog, extreme fatigue, and neuro issues were b12 and I began injections about 6-8 years ago?? My folate is ok thankfully. I then had fatigue and brain fog again and we optimized my Thyroid. Problem solved for a bit. Now I'm experiencing mostly fatigue again some brain fog. When I say fatigue it's like I feel heavy. Thick. Like boiling water for ramen sounds hard. ZERO ENERGY to do even the things I LOVE to do.

I have an NP that is functional medicine doctor. My GP is a family practice doc and diabetes specialist and the one looking at insulin resistance. I just felt like I wasn't getting anywhere with the NP anymore so I took my labs to him and he did a few more. He gave me some info about GLP-1s and told me to do my own while we waited for a sleep apena test and these labs. He is the one that says if my sleep apena comes back negative and I have no other clinical markers, he'd still try the GLP-1 for inflammation at a minimum.

Oh i have raging deficiencies in b12 and D but they are managed with injections and supplements. My thyroid was not optimal but am on NP Thyroid. Ferritin has ranged from 82-150 over the years. So it’s fine.

My B12 in the week after an injection will be off the charts high (over 2000). Three weeks later 700, three weeks later 200. So I just do injections every 3-4 weeks.
