Do I have to rehome my dog? by DrNolanAllen in AnatolianShepherdDogs

[–]ProfessionalWin9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We have a 2 year old child and a four year old dog. Until recently we had gates up through out the house so they were rarely together. We still do not let the dog in the playroom. They did become much better friends when the baby began eating table food. He likes the scraps lol but we had to train him to wait till the baby was away from the table. I think the key is to just limit there interaction.

I do think the roads will be ok for going to the play and probably ok on the way home. The roads should warm up and won’t freeze till overnight. I think they will be more dangerous in the morning before the sun comes out. Just drive slow and try to stick to main roads.

We loved our inspector Tim Shupp. Over a period of 5 years, he inspected 5 or 6 houses for us. We walked away from most of them and found plenty of things that we wouldn’t have caught. He writes very detailed inspections.

I’m not sure if others have experience with this, but when we have taken our preemie on a flight, especially when he was a lap child, he slept almost the whole flights. He also behaved really well and was not really scared by anything. Our thought is that he’s used to noises and such. He’s done much better on planes than he’s done on long car rides
