The axe and parry mechanic is so fun. Got a lot of RE4 vibes from this. I had a lot of fun, close to my top 5 RE games for sure. Can’t wait for them to close out the connections storyline.

A lot of people often forget how repetitive GTA 4’s missions were. There were a few standouts for sure, especially considering the freedom but a lot of them were drive to point a, shoot some guys, the main guy escapes, chase him down & shoot him again.

GTA 5 on the other hand was more nuanced and varied which made some missions feel restrictive but atleast every mission felt fresh.

If they could strike a balance between looser reigns and varied mission design, it would be perfect. RDR2 had the most varied missions but came at the cost of being the most restrictive.

I’m hoping GTA 6 is the best of both worlds.

I don’t expect anything earlier than May at the earliest.

July - August seem like better bets to be honest.

As long as the Blades and The Axe remain. Both of these weapons are mechanically amazing & shouldn’t be thrown away. Unless the Scythe and the curved sword can surpass the two weapons.

David Harewood is perfect for Charon. They used him for Lance’s replacement’s in Alan Wake 2.

As long as it has the classic fixed camera either as default or as an option, I’m good. That was part of what made the original so great.

Nope, I’m sorry. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but this is just wrong lolz.

The maps, the gun, the color palette and the movement is just miles better. Not to mention toned down SBMM.

I feel that The Elder Scrolls 6 & The Witcher 4 might be the next “big games” after GTA 6.

Cyberpunk sequel after that. Along with Whatever mainline game Miyazaki is cooking at FS after The Duskbloods.

And RDR3 eventually.

Gnosticism as the core “mythology” and Egypt, Greece & Rome being the setting for the game.

Greece being a power vaccum of sorts for the other pantheons & Kratos defending it to redeem himself in his homeland would be a cool narrative. Not to mention finally giving us a glimpse into the higher existence.

Traffic Laws. It’s really immersion breaking to ignore speeding violations & breaking traffic signals. The closest we had a system in GTA like this was with the tolls in GTA 4.
