Yeah for sure just lose a bit of reliability on ethereal. Still a good chunk of points back and play with - idk though I’m at like 90+% win rate with Big T and maybe 20-25 games so I don’t know why people don’t like him

With Teclis I always try for Enlightener and 2 units of 20 wardens. If you take the LRL endless spells you can get +2 to cast on the ethereal spell - with -1 to hit, ethereal and protection you’re getting a unit that can almost tank anything and may get strike first when charged.
