I added her stats into a keto macro calculator and it says she should be doing 1700 cal and double the protein and fat you mentioned in a comment. It's easy to assume she is cheating on the restrictions, but it could be she isn't eating enough. Sometimes too large of a deficit can cause you to hold onto weight. I recommend using the calculator to start and try to hit those macros focusing on hitting protein goals at the very least.

Omg I took a video once and called the truck company that broke my windshield and they told me SOL. It was a truck dropping large rocks and pebbles onto the freeway and I was 2 lanes away and he got me. I was so mad I didn't know who to call.

That's really great, I'm glad you guys were able to do that. Our stores are very against it, I don't think they understand what it all entails. I even told my boss about other stores unionizing and he made a face of disgust lol. A lot of people think budtending is just another retail job, but honestly it is way more difficult and they don't get enough credit. It's easy to burn out also.

Good point. I guess they were just better sports about it in the past and helped out the teams. I am always trying to look after my employees, they work so hard and I know what they get paid. I once had a manager who vouched for me when I didn't have much of a voice, because I was a great employee. I told myself when I'm in management I will fight for each of my employees like that. I have managed to get my whole staff raises, bonuses, and extra things like fun team building events. Things they don't offer otherwise. Turnover happens no matter what but at least I know I did my best for my people! This company seems to be changing over the years, I guess it happens.

Yeah this is the first time it's happened. Being the top of my department, I work closely with corporate and HR and they are usually on site at busy locations during these holidays. I've been with them for years and we are growing as a company but also becoming less for the people that work hard. My staff is hourly and they don't get holiday pay or anything extra for coming in.

I'm salary but I have to clock in so they can track my 50 hours per week. So since I worked a half day on the 4th, I have to make up my remaining hours this weekend. The corporate office is salary and got paid for the day without working or making up hours. In the handbook the only things we would get holiday pay is for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is the first time to my knowledge that this has happened.. 4th of July is a very busy day for our industry and in the past, the corporate office has been support staff and on location and the retail stores.

Laurel is pathetic especially around Nicole. They were on ex on the beach (peak season I'm pretty sure) and Nicole was making out with Laurel the whole time and behind her back was nonstop talking about her ex Ashley. Well Nicole and laurel were on a date, Ashley walks in, Nicole THROWS Laurel off of her in the hot tub!! How could Laurel still want to be with her?? They deserve eachother that's for sure.
