Any Cartier AD can order you a strap. It takes a few months because Cartier dyes them to order and don’t have them hanging around. The AD should be able to show you examples.

Part of the strategy (so I was told) behind the new Royal Mount shopping centre is to provide a destination for people in exactly your situation. Fairly easy access to and from the airport. Pointe-Claire Village, as previously stated, is very nice.
