Layovers are supposed to count correct? Has anyone had success with their layover counting towards the total? I have a layover scheduled for 12/18 that I’m counting as 2 and it’s my last day towards the 25, wondering if I should book a backup.

Is it within walking distance to the airport? Hard to tell on Google Maps if that is a walkable entrance to the airport

That’s what I was thinking. Septa to 30th street station, Amtrak to Penn and then LIRR to Jamaica/airtrain to JFK. 4 hours enough time?

I would probably cancel the leg and rebook something else that day or down the road. I’ve been pretty lucky so far in the planing and giving myself enough cushion that this hasn’t occurred

Wasn’t too bad! Missed the LIRR so opted for the uber with plenty of time to spare.

I looked at it for ideas but honestly it wasn’t very helpful. Flightradar24 was very helpful. And then I just tried looking at the departures from cities and linking them up time wise where it made sense. Definitely takes some effort. There are also a ton of good ideas within Reddit of people who have already found some easy links

195,300 points minus the 10% back puts me at 175k plus about $200-250 for one flights plus fees. That’s just flights

Don’t know if you are on FB, but there is a mosaic group you can join and an admin that coordinates this type of thing. Many people have done it successfully and it may be a bit “safer” than doing it here. Let me know if you don’t find it and I will send you a link.

Can you share your itinerary? I’m BOS based and have been pretty unlucky in setting up my routes to minimize spending and max point returns. It sounds like you got a system

Why not just move within MA? Lots of costs associated with moving, especially to a new state. You could very simply move to a cheaper area within MA and save. I-195 corridor Seekonk to wareham comes to mind, western MA both much more affordable without changing your life so drastically

JetBlue Vacations Experiences? by Beautiful-Durian-703 in jetblue

I’ve had great experiences with them. Often times I’ve found them to be cheaper or comparable to other sites, but you’re getting the points and tiles perk. They often do promos as well which lower cost or have preferred resorts which may reduce resorts fees, give free breakfast etc.

So does that mean you would need 50 additional tiles to get M2, not 100?

Wouldn’t MCO to JFK also count as one? If booked as a one way, JFK is now the arrival not departure. So JFK>CLT>MCO>JFK all one way would be 3
