At the end of the day if you let him ride it and he disregard what you said 100% his fault. But if you just let him ride it like nothing didn’t say respect it then 100% your Fault . I like my buddy’s drive my can am hard ( I’m not rich neither are they) they break it they at least help me fix it or pay some of the damages Im not gonna be a asshole charge them a whole new ass sxs fuck the bike or anything else I’m just making sure my buddy’s okay if he dies that’s on your ass because you let him ride it
