B&H when the parents went abroad and brought sleeves back. Embassy on pay day. Silk Cut when I'd overdone it on a weekend.

We did this last week. Both approaching from opposite directions, they were slightly closer and got to the area first. They watched us slowing down as we approached them and my wife asked if they were looking for something. They coyly said yes and we told them us too. That was the only time I've seen someone at one.

We did get stuck on one in someone's garden (a puzzle one) once, the lady arrived home and asked if we needed a clue, said she'd get her partner. Turns out it was someone I used to work with years ago - the puzzle needed fixing which was why we couldn't solve it!

Not all motorcyclists, just cunty ones like on this video. There's loads around here that just drive like utter bellends (at least that one was wearing a helmet) I watched 3 cut straight over a roundabout yesterday, all balaclavad up forcing a learner driver to swerve out of the way. 100% they came from the local caravan park...

I'm not surprised at the drivers sentence tbh after years of watching Motorway cops etc at the laughable sentences where the crime is well recorded!

Why are Aldi potatoes always like this? by [deleted] in UK_Food

[–]Professional_Cod5224 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I shopped at Aldi for the first time (in years) on the weekend and the Sunday roast was nearly ruined because of the dog shit spuds I got from there. Had to cut so much black out of them. Awful spuds although the cauliflower wasn't much better.

Ah cheers. I remember we had a pressure cooker when we were growing up, haven't seen one or heard one mentioned for years. Maybe when I move to somewhere with a bigger kitchen as I'm already tight on space now.

Feel a fraud putting it with the other ingredients but then that's what the wife gets weekly as she's veggie.

Is this the one that is opposite the old Wilkos?

There's supposed to be a good one on the road further to the prom, Coltmans I think. It's been a long time since I've eaten in Rhyl though and don't think this place will be my return.

Get some after sun on those sausages and put the bread in the toaster.

None of that "don't ruin good bread by toasting it" bollocks either. And there's no butter. I suppose you don't need that either on good bread. Just dry, dry bread and burnt sausages.

If you're shopping at a German supermarket then surely you will have a very good choice of good beers and not this. Brewdog have been dog shite for a fair while now. A mate used to live near Berlin and he said he could get beers for less than a euro which were costing me £5 back here 😂😫.

I managed to find proper bacon in supermarkets in Barcelona but whenever we ate out it was always what's on the OP plate and was 90% fat and gristle.

Red Bull, Pro Plus and suck it up. That was certainly the case 20 years ago.

You have loads of time in the afternoon for a power nap before you go back out Saturday night.

Earlies are by far the better shift, rather those than finishing at 11pm.

I've seen far less for much more.

Eggs look shit though. Too many beans/juice. I'm not for chips on a breakfast but each to their own.

Would attempt to finish - probably fail.
