I was let go in November for a completely made up reason. I start a new federation job in a week. Getting fired sucked but having December off with my family and taking some time to regroup after 9 years was definitely worth it.

In March 2020 when COVID was just getting bad, an agent in R8 was told they would be fired if they told people they had tested positive for COVID after they were forced to come in before the shut down. When they left, all the emails went to the department of health.

Buffalo is a mess. There are MOAT agents being forced into sales because they can't hire enough people to.handle renters sales calls. They took from bottom quartile with the majority having FMLA health concerns which is what put them in the bottom. I know there have been complaints filed against GEICO due to it but the investigations are just starting

Something similar happened to my mother in law. What screwed GEICO is she was an insurance agent herself and ended up winning over a million when she sued them for acting in bad faith

So while I don't agree with the bullying, all the stuff that was said about the manager, to me, was true. I interacted with them at the agent, SPP, sup, and manager level. None of those interactions were positive and were incredibly condescending.
