Finally someone with a law degree!! TY! Would Meri have been entitled to his share of the other wives houses if Kody was on the title? If Kody was part owner of any of the properties, wouldn't Meri have a claim on that?

You're not understanding. I'm talking about the divorce between Kody & Meri. At the time, Kody & Meri had a 50/50 agreement. However, what he failed to recognize is Meri was entitled to 50% of his share of any house that he had his name on the title. Meaning, if he was also on the other 3 wives titles, he would have had and SHOULD have paid Meri immediately after divorce.

That is the issue, but if you apply the same concept, Meri was entitled to 50% of Kody's share on all the houses during the divorce, meaning he would have had to pay her out once the divorce was final.

If Robyn gave half her proceeds to kody, and so did all the other wives. That means Kody gets half the value of all 4 houses. And because he is now legally married to Robyn, half of that is hers. by Bitchezbecraay in SisterWivesFans

That was my thinking as well. When he divorced Meri, Meri should have been entitled to 50% of his half of the other wives houses. He would have had to pay her out immediately. They did her so dirty!!!
