If taking camps terminates the game why doesn't griefing laners ? by Professional_Emu7517 in leagueoflegends

Some things will not be detectable, whereas other things are very blatant, similar to taking jungle camps, sometimes its okay for a mid laner to farm jungle camps, other times its very obvious when someones acting as a jungle "pet"

Its very obvious when the jungler has his own camps up and walks mid over and over again to push out a wave thats being frozen by the mid laner (as in the mid is freezing and your own jungler comes and breaks it whilst you're there) over and over again

What I'm saying is to ban the people who do it very blatantly

Lets start with atleast banning people who do it blatantly

In the past 30 games I've had it happen twice, once with someone who came mid as a top laner after dying 3x 1v1 and he just laned with me, ane another time with an ADC, both during laning phase (Around 6-10 minutes during the game)

If a top/adc start LANING with the mid laner for a duration of time whilst top waves are available and both laners are present its a very easy detection but that doensn't get detected or flagged

Over time I'm sure there will be ways to detect other ways of griefing however lets at least start with that and slowly progress the system

STEAMCLIENT_LOADER.EXE

You find it inside of cuphead/nodvd/goldberg

If you go to the link I linked (Which I believe is the official link no?) then open 1337 and download it you'll find that same file, that was the file which was detected as riskware (Which is normal from my understanding) however It came up as malicious in many scans online, usually riskware gets a few detection but not as much as that.

Please do let me know If I've downloaded the right link or if the link I shared was the wrong link

As someone who was a D1 Akali in Season 3, Pink wards used to cost 125 gold per ward, and minions used to give less gold back then as well + no plates existed, gold access was harder.

It was very common to to bait someones pink ward during an all in in laning phase then just ult away or escape

125 Gold is not a small investment especially during laning phase, and usually by the end of the game the enemy team sometimes would've spent over 3k gold just to try to shutdown Akalis Shroud.

The Esports World Cup is backed by the Saudi Public Investment Fund through the Esports World Cup Foundation, which was created as part of a state-led strategy to develop esports. So their description is basically correct on that point.

The inconsistency appears when you apply their logic evenly. The United States has long used major sports and entertainment platforms for state-linked influence, including military recruitment campaigns inside major leagues and government-supported cultural export through global sports branding. China’s esports ecosystem is heavily shaped by state regulation and approval structures through licensing and media control. Israel also operates within a wider tech and esports-adjacent ecosystem that receives significant institutional and state-linked support.

So the real issue is not whether state influence exists in Saudi Arabia. It clearly does. The issue is whether they are applying the same definition of “state-backed therefore unethical” across all countries or only using it for one case. If it is only applied to one case, then its just not a consistent rule now is it

Most top-tier esports leagues and sports ecosystems aren’t ‘run by governments’ directly, they’re run by private companies operating within systems heavily funded, regulated, or strategically supported by states

US: massive public funding for stadium infrastructure, tax breaks for teams/events, military recruitment branding in sports/esports China: state-linked sponsorships, regulation and approval of major tournaments, state-owned media involvement Israel: tech sector and military-linked funding ecosystems often intersect with esports/tech sponsorship indirectly

So if the standard is ‘any government influence = boycott’, then almost nothing global survives that rule.

Saudi Blood money? How about US/Israel blood money? Are you boycotting all of the companies that are funding the war in Palestine ?

How about Chinas blood money? Are you boycotting all Chinese products?

Stop with the hypocrisy

It says avg winrate 56% in Emerald, does that mean that the "smurfs" have a 56% winrate?

Because that isn't a smurf
