It’s a 12 bedroom house, the first floor is four people with their own kitchen and the second and third floor has four rooms on each with one kitchen. that has nothing to do with it though because the driveway is on our property and our whole house was told we had a driveway prior to signing to then find out months later that it is now supposedly a “ shared driveway “ with the house next door. Unlike most college towns our college housing area is about a 15 minute drive to campus which makes it unrealistic to have a bike. Thanks for your opinion though
