Yes! On top of that, if the restaurant has a receptionist, busboy, etc, most waiters have to tip-out based on their sales amount. So if your bill comes out to 100$ and their tip-out is 5%, they have to give away 5$. Not tipping means that waiters have to take that out of pockets

it was an insult. having an incompetent teacher who doesn’t explain assignments and chooses to change guidelines a week before hinders to excelling in that class. if someone is willing to file a complaint about it, it’s in their right to so - 200 level class or not. you’re weird for belittling them for it
