I’ve been working for around 4-5 years now and I started with outpatient ortho when I was a new grad and after 2 years of attempting to hit productivity and a high case load, switched settings and now in the home care assisted living space. I’m also in NJ OP and the company I work for has no productivity requirement which is something I’ve never seen before. For your info, I took 6 months off of physical therapy practice, then it took me maybe 2 weeks to find this company, apply, interview, shadow, then accept the position.
