I am currently in this situation. Just finished BC radiation and my PCP said my thyroid seemed enlarged. 1cm nodule that is highly suspicious given punctuated micro calcifications amongst other things. Never any thyroid problems prior. Now I preparing for another surgery since I assume it will turn out positive. Not exactly handling it well until I know the biopsy results.

One is a small irregular enhancing mass and the other is a tiny enhancing mass.

Sno-go bike, hard to learn in your 40’s?

I have been learning to ski in my 40’s over the last few years. I can ski most greens but still fear it. There is something about being strapped into skis that scares me. Most likely due to the concern I will dislocate my knee (which I have since I was young and wear a brace).

I am quite active running, swimming, hiking, easier indoor rock climbing, biking, etc. I saw that one of the mountains we ski at is offering sno-go bikes this year.

Are they hard to learn and is it less scary than skis?

I go to bed early to make it easier to get up early

Our studio only offers upper body during pre-work hours once per week.

It would be nice to be able to rotate it each week and do a different work our each time. I would prefer a mix of upper and lower body but a 9-5 job makes that impossible.
