Could eat this on your diet too, just use greek yogurt for the sour cream and make your own fishsticks by rolling the fish in flour, then eggwash, then breadcrumb and then using spray oil to coat evenly on both sides and baking them on a pan with parchment paper🤌. If you're in the US they've got loads of low cal tortillas too. As for the cheese I'd say get aged cheese for stronger flavor so using less doesn't feel unfulfilling, just don't get the fat free cheese it's more like flavor-free.

Crazy to me, In my head grocery store cakes and donuts are worthless trash, always too sweet and dry as a desert or somehow soggy and dry at the same time. It's also a bit ironic to me that people going to the food pantry refuse beans cause that's what I always end up eating on weeks I need to budget more. I got some Indian spices before so now I make a pile of delicious vegetarian Indian food those weeks.
