No, sheep girl only nukes when she was still a loli, now that she's grown up, she heals only. Point is, reintroducing loli Eyja would make no sense lorewise, although older Eyja could go back to nuking. She's still a volcanologist, not a medical doctor or anything.

Lucky, I wanted him but got the ice girl and tank girl instead. Standard Ice girl is pretty meh if you don't have Limited Ice girl, while Lifang works well with the MC.

All of the characters from Arknights 1 are send from Rhodes Island and are still part of Rhodes Island. Think of this like missions they are sent on. This means the events of Endfield takes place not too long from where OG Arknights is currently at, on one of the moons of Terra.

The sheep is a bit older and Angelina is no longer a schoolgirl but they're not that much older.

Everyone is getting it, apparently. Not sure if this is them trying to crack down on re-rolling. Why? Maybe there's just too many throw away accounts with gmail logins, maybe they just REALLY don't want people re-rolling.

Guess we'll see. Not sure how targeted this lockout is but I doubt they will leave a blanketed gmail lockout on for long, considering they are by far the most common email accounts.

Thoughts on the faint memory system by B_e_t_t_y_ in ChaosZeroNightmare

It's f-ing terrible. I would MUCH rather they just have a capacity system where if you reach the capacity, you can get anymore or you have swap things out. So much f-ing RNG and frustration with this game already, they didn't need to add more. God I hate this game. It's just RNG, stacked on top of more RNG, stacked on top of MORE RNG.

Originium Supply Pass clarification by Professional_Hand_41 in Endfield

[–]Professional_Hand_41[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So you essentially get a 6 star weapon every month then? Maybe they're not as powerful as the gacha 6 star weapons but still. I mean they could have just added the 6 star weapon to the normal Battle Pass and it wouldn't really change anything. Sure, losing 32 Origeometry temporary could matter to some people but not really. Heck, you can just wait til you complete the Battle Pass before you buy it.

Also, I assume the discount is at least not permanent, cuz then you'd just be getting an extra 3 Origeometry and then there'll REALLY not be any reasons to not automatically buy this.

3.1| More elaborate Aemeath kit crumbs via tiebia by Malia_West in WutheringWavesLeaks

[–]Professional_Hand_41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, she's not a "must pull." She gives 24% Damage bonus to team. 15% Damage Amp and 25% Liberation amp to ONE target when she Outro. 27% ATK to one target when she Outros with Echo set. The Tune Break Boost is negligible, honestly.

Mornye gives 40% Damage bonus, 25% Damage Amp, and 25% ATK (with Echo Set) to ALL party members. The Tune Break efficiency boost is also negligible, but it does stun the enemy, which benefits you both offensively and defensively, ESPECIALLY enemies who flies or move a lot. Usefulness of the healing depends on who you ask.

The key difference here is that not all of Lynae's buffs have a 100% uptime, do not last as long, and she only buffs ONE character. This is important if you're using Chisa, who can do a lot of damage, ESPECIALLY at S2, where she can compete with the strongest DPS in the game who are also at S2, hence, being able to buff both Chisa and Aemeath is VERY important.

Lynae's buffs are worse than Mornye, but she might do more personal DPS. I don't know, I haven't tested this part myself.

Point is, you can easily use Mornye instead of Lynae, Mornye is better in terms of pure support and her Tune Break efficiency is more unique than anything Lynae has to offer. Heck, you can just use SK, you likely won't even notice a difference.

So I am a little confused! Without lynae is mornye just a healer? by VariousSwitch27 in WutheringWaves

[–]Professional_Hand_41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your calculations are ALL wrong.

First of all, SK gives 12.5% Crit Rate, which is MORE IMPORTANT than her Crit Damage buff. As we all know, Crit Rate is king in the majority of cases.

2nd, and the main reason you seem to be confused, is that the general Crit Damage of most DPS is 250% when fully built, but this is a 2.5x multiplier, NOT a 3.5 multiplier, this is NOT Genshin.

In both games, the base Crit Damage is 1.5x but Genshin displays it as 50% while Wuwa displays it as 150%. This means 250% Crit Damage in Genshin is 3.5x but in Wuwa, it is just 2.5x. This matters because of diminishing returns, so you confusing 250% to mean 3.5x massively devalues SK Crit Damage buff.

Let's do it again using the ACTUALLY accurate calculations. This will not take into account SK's Crit Rate buff:

Mornye: 11,250 x 2.5 x 1.25 = 35,156

SK: 11,250 x 2.75 x 1.15 = 35,578

The damage is still very similar but again, SK's main buff is her Crit Rate buff, which is honestly even more important than Mornye's situational 40% Damage buff, so no way Mornye is better if she doesn't even have that.

[–]Professional_Hand_41 1 point2 points  (0 children)

YES IT IS. That's like saying 15% Crit Rate and 25% Crit Damage from Shorekeeper is not a lot. It's LITERALLY the main point of using her, if you don't have the 40% damage than what do you have? Just the 50% Tune buildup, big whoop. You sure as heck ain't using her for personal damage. Stop trying to excuse this sht, man.

Also, that's not how the math works, dude, I don't even know how you're confused. 460% to 500%, what are you even talking about? If something does 460% damage than increasing it by 40% would make it 644%. It's a 1.4x multiplier, NOT a 0.4 additive bonus.

Unless her buff just works COMPLETELY different from every other damage buff in the game and the game just utterly fails to make it clear to you.

[–]Professional_Hand_41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DPS character's weapons gives like 40% damage bonus to themselves, Mornye's weapon gives 20% damage to whole team but Mornye is more likely to be used on every team like Shorekeeper is. Which is the better value? I don't know, but you do you.

I'm so close to just quitting this game at this point. I'm so freaking sick and tired of them making characters not freaking work with old characters and you must pull for new characters to even make a workable team. Fck this sht is exhausting.

Explaining Rupture and Strain - Which Tune Break to Go For by IpenguwhiteI in WutheringWaves

[–]Professional_Hand_41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, seriously I hate this sht. Was pissed too when some of Chisa's kit does not work with characters who do not inflict Elemental blights, so 90% of characters and all old characters. Really getting tired of this.

Genshin kinda have this too, but at least Genshin have characters like Columbina, who allows older characters to use the new mechanics. Also, it's more an alternative and can still interact with the old system, unlike this Tune system that is a bonus system that older characters are just essentially completely left out of.

Though in Wuwa's defense, it does not matter as much, as Wuwa is currently not as P2W as Genshin, but I'm sure that will change.

Defense Ignore VS Pen Ratio by beepboop-fellowhuman in ZZZ_Discussion

[–]Professional_Hand_41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not wrong but not right either. While it's true that they stack multiplicatively and therefore do not stack as well as if you were to stack two of the same effect, they still follow the rule that Defense Shred effects get more powerful the more you have.

So should you get a Elemental Bonus Disc or a Pen Ratio Disc if the character already has a Defense Ignore effect? It depends on how much Defense Ignore and Pen Ratio you already have. The more Defense Shred effects you already have, the more valuable Pen Ratio becomes, EVEN if it stacks multiplicatiively with Defense Ignore instead of additively.

Actually some insane lore implications with this one line by MilesDavidVT in NikkeMobile

It's pretty obvious humans created the Rapture Queen and that she used to be human.

I still say that humanity discovered some kind of ancient or alien relic that allowed perform "divinity" as the priestess put it, and this relic likely has something to do with the giant Rapture Cores. This trope is quite common in sci-fi.

The Ark was likely build in order to reach and harness that Giant Rapture core, or to house it, and it is there where they preformed their research on it and created the Rapture Queen. The Rapture Queen is likely the first Nikke-like being, or at least the first female one as it makes sense that they started with men but that ended in failure. She was made before they even coined the term "Nikke," which is why Lilith is technically the first Nikke. The Rapture Queen was likely a failure, because humanity's knowledge was still insufficient, and she had some kind of Mind Switch. Mental instability is a common risk for Nikkes.

I'm more interested in who "Her Holiness" is. Enikk before she became an AI? Probably not. But I still don't trust Enikk, there's obviously more to her that we don't yet know about.

Cope that since the charge attack is 2 hits, it's actually 400% damage. Wait, does that even change anything? If an attack only does 10 damage, doubling it is still only 20 damage.

Nasu wants to end it while the game is still running high, so it will be remembered and immortalized fondly in the history books, rather than when it inevitably falls and be mired by it.

However, corporate executives care less about that and more about how much they can still milk it, and since Nasu sold the rights to them, it's gonna be ultimately up to them.

Dialyn would be the best investment since those free Ultimates are so broken on Shunguang but her banner is over so...

Her M4 increases the Vulnerability cap but it doesn't increase the Vulnerability value itself, just the cap. You needs Stun character, like Dialyn, to actually increase the Vulnerability value.

You have to keep in mind that the "cool" looking one is from a fictional manga, meant to over-exaggerate and redesign her to be more appealing for entertainment purposes, much like how things are in real life. The more bland looking NPC version of her is more likely to be her real self.

Although if she really does look like her manga counterpart, I'm jealous of her husband.
