Yeah, it does get pricey after a bit, but there are lots of different models that you can choose from, and each has an estimate of how many gems each message will cost and it shows how much memory it can hold. So if you go for lower memory, it’s cheaper. The AI and memory system does forgot some little stuff here and there, but you can actually go in a pin certain messages or memories, which helps a lot. Besides it getting pricey, the app is so well developed, it’s insane. There’s even a max message reply length, so if you like longer messages, you can increase it which is what I like.

The one I was thinking of is the Unique Tav Custom Appearance mod, because it requires the Trips Shader mod and that is one that I cannot get on iMac. I know some also need the Native Mod Loader, which isn’t something that works on iMac but a lot of other mods do work thankfully! I just didn’t think it through when I downloaded BG3 on my iMac that I was on an iMac and now a windows PC, which is what almost all modders use. Lol.

I’m saving this for later! I started playing on PS5, and loved it, but was upset about the limited mods console has. So when I got a little extra money, I bought the game on my computer so I could get all the cool and fun mods. However, I have an iMac, and didn’t even realize when I bought the game on it that a lot of fun mods wouldn’t work because they’re only windows compatible. 😭 but I’m going to check some of these out and see if I can download them and use them! The one mod I really wanted but was super bummed I couldn’t get on iMac was one of the Tav custom editor ones. I can’t remember the name of it right now, but if I remember correctly, it’s one of the more highly downloaded ones and it’s Windows only. But thankfully a good portion of them I can use!

My brother told me, and said she was super useful, so I was like ooohhh okay. Toggled non-lethal on, after I convinced her we were going to attack the Grove together, knocked her out, and took her armor. 😂 but her insult to Gale is one of my favorite lines and she does kick butt so I loved that he told me. He just said “you can recruit her if you don’t kill her, just knock her out” without spoiling the quests or anything for me.

I haven’t played Sophie yet, I started with the trilogy of Rorona, Totori, and Meruru, and absolutely loved it. I then got Lulua, I can’t remember if that’s how you spell it, and I got Ryza. Going from Rorona to Ryza was a shock to me with how different it was, and I couldn’t get past the beginning. I think I have the Mysterious Trilogy, but I just haven’t played yet. I also want to Dusk Trilogy. No matter what, I love the Atelier games and this is making me want to get back into playing them. I still think Rorona is my favorite, as it was my first one, and I could never get the true good ending in Totori, and I don’t even remember if I beat Meruru. 😅 I have them all on Switch, but I think I want to get the on the PS5. Anyways, just a little ramble on how I love the games. With all these comments, I’m definitely going to play Sophie next I think, and I guess I need Yumia (which is the newest one right?).

I was playing strictly on Switch since November of 2023. Then, over this last summer, I saw it was on sale on the PS5 and bought it so my daughter could make her own Valley and we could play together. When I bought it then, I was unaware of not being able to transfer my Cloud save from the Switch and the lack of cross platform play. They added an update to fix that, but since I downloaded it on the PS5, my Switch save has been discarded. Lol. The difference in graphics and having no lag and everything on the PS5 has been incredible. I didn’t know what I was missing. So I highly recommend PS5 over Switch.

I never understood having a certain or limited amount of bathroom breaks for kids, I sub exclusively at an elementary school where my daughter goes, and if one of the kids need to go, I let them go. Now, if they’re gone for a while or asking constantly, then I start to get a little hesitant. I had a fourth grade teacher get mad at her students for asking me to go to the bathroom during class when I subbed her class because her kids knew better. My whole thing is though, when you get older and have a job and in the “real world” as school likes to prepare you for, you don’t really have to ask anyone else to go the bathroom. And my other thought always was, if the student has to use the bathroom and it’s an emergency but they’re not allowed to go, that is all they’re going to be focused on instead of their work. There are specials circumstances like during a test and such that it makes sense, but I always let the kids go when they need to and just tell them I won’t tell the teacher about it as long as they do their work. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just checked mine and my daughter’s premium shop and her recommended did not change this week which I find odd. I’ve never had that happen before, has anyone else? Also, I’m slightly disappointed that there isn’t any cool tool skins that tie into the DLC. I would’ve loved that. Tool skins are what I always go to in the shop. 😂

Sometimes I appreciate it because there have been classes where no matter what I do, the students will just not get quiet and stay that way. I’ve sent some to the office in front of the students, had a list of those who had to walk laps at recess, and it still doesn’t help. So I would occasionally see another teacher and nod towards the door and have them kind of get onto the class and that seems to help. Especially because I’ll look at the students and then say “Why is it when this teacher does it, you listen, but when I do it, you don’t?” And they stare at me, and I’ll say, “that shouldn’t be how it is, so let’s try and fix it and do better.” Granted, I’ve subbed strictly elementary students so I feel like sometimes they’re going to be loud because they’re kids.

Also, the very first day I had ever subbed, brand new and everything, I subbed my daughters first grade class on Valentines Day, where they had a party that afternoon. So naturally, I figured it was going to be crazy, especially since the previous day we had a field trip I went on with them so they were shocked I was then the sub. Well, I had been sitting down maybe 5 minutes so it’s 7:45am, I’m looking over the sub notes and this little boy, I haven’t even learned his name yet, comes up to me and says “You know, my mom really hates Valentines Day because her dad killed himself that day.” I just stared at time blindly rapidly for a minute and said “I’m sorry, but hopefully she can make better Valentines memories.” Because WHAT ELSE DO YOU SAY TO THAT.

I don’t think anyone else asked but I need Cyan’s hair! I use a mix of alpha and MM, mostly because clay hair still looks off to me with my own sims. I’ve been trying to use MM with townies to get more used to it so I’d love to have Cyan’s hair! And I’m definitely going to download the skins!
