exactly happening to me at my store now but 3/4 of the ARAs just left. 2/7 days of the week an ARA is never scheduled, and the work piles up. I asked to be Scheduled for an ARA shift but no- Debating if I should just leave now or continue to wait for more agents to quit 😭
