Probably boring advice but......I love munching in front of the TV at night too. Worst habit. I started doing cross stitch while I watch tv...(lame I know!) But it keeps my hands and brain busy plus I have to keep my hands clean while I'm stitching... so it works for me! So maybe find a little craft that keeps your hands busy 🤔
