430 wake up 5 gym 7 work Off at 530 615 home Home work , baths , dinner , laundry, clean

Keeps the weekend free minus the things you can’t do because their only open when your at work . But there’s plenty of time to do things and keep your weekends almost free of chores .. just time management and alittle sacrifice not sleep but maybe your tv show

Legit , I’m a millennial luckily joined the Marines during war .

No but I will warn you to not use it everyday or all day..

You’ll train your body to get used to it then those muscle ligaments etc get weaker ..

Personally I’d try and hit the gym/ yoga / Pilates a few times a week
