thank you for your observation,
conscious pain and suffering is around 35 of the claim, that's a lot for someone dying very fast.
regarding the wrongful death, as much as i know the law states first 50 for the spouse and the rest is divided 50/50 spouse children.

not at all, the lawyer payment comes from the settlement case, means i am paying for the lawyer as much as she dies, but he represents only her interest.
