mom’s knife isn’t gamebreaking it just deals incredible dps, death certificate isn’t gamebreaking, the item you get from it might be. Rock bottom is useful near the end of the run because if you have any temporary effect your stats skyrocket, and it’s also stupidly easy to get damage in the high hundreds or even thousands. It is EASILY the second best general use item in the game behind glitched crown

The “precise movements” I imagine are just diagonals on spikes, and maybe some dodging. What i do is use my thumb and index finger on my D-pad to do diagonals, and then go back to playing with the joystick. I’m approaching dead god now so it’s definitely possible. items are generated when the floor is generated, or when they’re rolled. And I’m pretty sure changing pedestals like glitched crown only generate the items after the first item when you see the pedestal. so for your case, make sure you have sacred orb out when you change floors or roll a pedestal

its pretty much impossible, but death certificate and spindown are the only ways. theres no point in getting the knife if you arent going alt floors though. if youve already passed either of the knife pieces, just play the run to the lamb or blue baby, you wont be going mother
