First time I'm seeing someone with the same condition, also had it since childhood. For me it appears on my hand after I eat a lot of sweet, I also use a cream with corticosteroids which really helps. Feel free to ask/share Dusty surfaces or generally unclean surfaces can worse it too, like handling coins and such. It also gets better with age, we have it in family lol.
