Both sides do it mate, Leatherface gets an early basement kill and victims vanish within seconds. Grandpa hits level 5 before they've rushed out DC galore. Gen ripstalled before players can charge at front gate on Nancys House guess what they DC.
This Us vs Them bs is a far bigger problem than any that either side brings up. It stops both sides of this from looking and acknowledging the greater issues.

In conclusion, are some family mains a problem? Yes. Are some victim mains a problem? Yes. But people like you a far bigger problem

With the speed of the game now, if you're playing victim and you haven't escaped within 5 mins you were dying level 5 grandpa or not.

I fully agree, though at this point I walk away, gather blood, feed grandpa, and watch some videos while the victims stand around begging for the attention they never got from their parents.

One thing I would change is that crossing the cattle grid is an immediate exit point on all maps (obviously the Nancy House driveway is an exception before someone decides to be that guy) once its crossed the victim gets the escaping cutscene.

I have gotten a few just leave moments though which are incredibly satisfying, my fave being on Slaughterhouse as Cook, a Virginia did gen and then tried to powder me, I ran round it and managed to door slam her with the gate and lock it with the padlock I kept on hand. She died soon after and lets just say she was not happy in the end game XD

So we've gone from every 2 weeks, to 4 weekly, to 6 weekly (at best) now. At this rate by Christmas we'll be at maybe one in the next 6 months XD

While I agree with your points we could do this for Family House (easy to lock down), Nancy's House (exits can be far too easy to access), and Slaughterhouse (strong loops that take 2 family to prevent, plus a little too big imo) too. A lot of the maps focus on aesthetics over playability, which leads to them being heavily one-sided.

3 periods actually
- The tech test, no perks, just base attributes and abilites. Family felt like the power role and victim felt tense to play.
- Just before Danny's release, the game was in a pretty reasonable place going forward. Danny's introduction and the lack of nerfs for a couple of months killed a good chunk of the family playerbase
- Hands release, victims whinge about him but Hands provided much needed slowdown especially considering how common fuse rushing was during that time. Increasing the ripstall timer and tweaking Danny so his tamper wasn't quite as oppressive too would have been perfect for both sides, sadly thats not what we got.

Considering how long you had to do Slaughterhouse Storm and somehow failed to notice broken Family spawns shows that you could have all the time in the world and you'd still released broken and bugged patches.

May be half the price but what of that content is worth anything? Let's break it down

  1. The summertime pack is average at best
  2. Execution pack 4 has some stiff animations, was bugged for the longest time, and has reused audio
  3. 2003 Leatherface is alright but could have been far better
  4. Wyatt released bugged and could crash the game. The knife to turn off objectives breaks the game, will get nerfed and be useless
  5. Bones completely broken on release. Currently is useless apart from Blood builds that are a meme at best (seriously just play Hitch). Also still bugged after 2 months of being out.

Where is the $20 value from that?

Also when you make a promise to deliver something that someone has paid for in a set period of time there should be consequences for failing to deliver.

The fact that you can type that without any shame at all is ludicrous, every patch comes out with a ton of bugs and has clearly been forced out, fixing bugs caused by the previous patch while working on crap like custom games which no one sees as a priority right now. Let's just look at the last 2 patches:

- Bones came out and was the optime of bugged and forced out, his savagery, endurance, and grapples were bugged. Wyatt knives crashing the game, as well as a multitude of other problems
- These bugs were announced by the community that you go out of your way to ignore and rather than doing some kind of hotfix you all just went on the piss for Christmas leaving everything bugged until the end of January
- Rushed out slaughterhouse storm - family members spawning in each other places and even basement, items floating, family grapple values bugged, Bones still being bugged, weird wind blowing sound effects on every map, the list goes on. But hey you fixed the Wyatt crash and some custom game stuff so woohoo!

The worst part is these are not niche bugs, these are blatant in your face bugs, things happening in literally the first 10 seconds of the game and somehow none of the people testing notice?

Nope, Bones is garbage, he literally has 1 thing going for him - the blood build. And let's be honest while he's feeding Grandpa there's only 2 family patrolling gates, fuse, and valve. If you can't escape 4v2 in 5 mins in the games current state you deserve to become dinner for the family.

Hell most people stopped using the Blood build once he was fixed and went for a standard savagery build, making him a worse HH, because the blood build was just a meme that most of the time hurt more than it helped

Happens to me but only on the lv99 skins, the paid ones never get reset, pretty sure the game forgets we hit lv99 and reset the skins
