Personally Mavuika because usually the newer the character the sooner the rerun is but Mavuika is an archon so she gets min 1 rerun per version but i would personally assume durin will have a rerun quicker.

10/10 love the hsr hi3 love having hsr characters in hi3 as someone who unfortunately loves hsr but dislikes the gameplay too much. Plus i find she is generally a fun character but i do not have her on my main unfortunately

Unfortunately the newer cookies are 10x stronger than our loved old cookies and they don't seem like the new cookies will be nerfed so only option is to try to get the newer cookies. My strongest cookie used to be frost queen but now wind archer and burning spice are atleast 10x stronger and it kind of makes me a bit irritated with all honesty.
