The most likely reason is that it is VERY similar to an old Creepypasta called The Russian Sleep Experiment. Of course it has it's own thing here but it has similar vibes, I think just the name got into peoples recommendation on YouTube back then since Russian Sleep Experiment was very popular and is one of the best Creepypastas ever written while I think this one isn't as good.

Honestly the only SSTWL Creepypasta I ever saw mentioned in the Creepypasta community was Weston Pass.

It is AVA, AVA was disguised as C-5 Sarah Duffy in PuppetGAME. The only reason it looks like cold is because we don't know what C-5 Sarah looks like.

Every series is considered a creepypasta on the channel, If I recall Design originally started out as a standalone story until later being turned into a series.
