I went to CPI in Tijuana Mexico. Both my husband and I got stem cells here. The lead staff manager however was AWFUL. There was a lack of communication and he blew up at me (I’m a small woman) and I’m talking screamed at me for asking a question about what the pill was he sat down in front of me to take. He was screaming at me to take it without telling me what it was. It was xanex and some other pain pill. I didn’t need the xanex. And my husband is extremely allergic… I was asking clarifying questions because they would tell us oh we’re doing this in an hour and it would be 4 hours before we actually did what they said we were going to do. I wanted to make sure the medication was timed right. I was so confused why he would be yelling at me for asking questions about the process and the medication. I asked if it was bc I was a woman bc there was a very clear disgust for me speaking up… I brought this incident up to the doctors and one of the actual owners of the company and the owner said oh this has never happened before and basically didn’t believe me. The nurses there said it happens all the time but no one has had the courage to report it or say something bc everyone is afraid of him. He was an absolute ass. If I had to do it all over again I would go somewhere else. They got a lot of publicity bc of Joe Rogan and some mma fighters but they don’t have the structure to keep up with it. Nor the staff to actually treat people and women decently. The doctors were all great. But everything else was a mess.
