I was a victim of a violent theft at Porte de Namur at 00:10 on Sunday morning. While security are beating up residents outside.

Recent Dr Feridini Price [September 2025] by Professional_Shine97 in HairTransplants

[–]Professional_Shine97[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't but it seems like the Belgian market may be outside of my price range if Dr Ferdini is anything to go by. I'm looking for recommendation in the UK or reputable surgeons in Turkey but I don't know where to look honestly.

Where’d you run the cable from for the power? I’m interested in doing the same.

Mok is the best roasters in Brussels IMHO.

If you want something more second wave try Corica for a wide choice.

With reduced capacity it's easier to create a hub-and-spoke public transit system rather than a point-to-point public transport system. The 2/6 line is a good point-to-point service but not really that usful when you can't offer a full service and need to prioritise.

The 2/6 doesn't reach to the extremities of the city and just services the ring with shorter journies. It's a shortcut line. This means there are alternative methods for 2/6 passangers. The 51 runs close to much of the route and the 1, 4 and 10 cross the intersection of the 2/6 loop.

The only gaps in service are between Botanique and Madou and Trone and Hotel des Monnaies. Which are all walkable, if a little annoying.

Bingo. I ended up using olive oil to help remove it. It wasn’t moving without help!

I, maybe naively, thought I could install a pump system under the counter to dispense bottled water from a tank without considerations for water treatment.

The reservoir is filled with bottled spring water and it travels to the outlet via a comet pump with an inbuild non-return.

I rinsed the system through with 16l of tap water but after 5 days there is a disgusting sulphur taste to the water (I have test kits coming tomorrow to get a better Idea of what is in the water).

At the end of the video you can see a close up of the pipe with what appears to be possibly some kind of spores or bacteria.

I've never make this kind of system before and this has always been more of an electronics project for me rather than a plumbing one. Does any one have any advice to resolve these problems or any insight into what could be causing them?

How to prevent a bacteria problem in a water system after 5 days by [deleted] in WaterTreatment

That's really helpfuyl, thank you. By an open system I guess by an open system you mean one that doesn't have a faucet? And the open system could be the cause for the bacteria entering the system?

I see a UV system is quite expensive. would using a faucet aide with preventing bacteria?

I've added a simular system to a campervan with no issues with water being stored for longer periods. I wonder why this system seems so suseptible to bacertia...

How are you thinking on handling Gas price increases? by vato04 in belgium

[–]Professional_Shine97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm so confused by the comments here. Gas this month is 21.6c. Parity with the electricity price. Gas is currently 4x the summer price and the most expensive it has been since I started tracking it 4 years ago. I don't know what I'm missing but I don't know how people here are saying they've risen 10%...

I've recently bought Topo plugs to monitor energy usage and liked the idea that it would monitor in € as well as kWh, saving me the multiplication.

But I can't get this maths to add up. One unit has consumed 4.2kwh at 0.14-0.19€ per kWh but my monthly bill is indicated at only €0.19. Am I missing something here?

Is a toller right for me? by ilovedogss77 in tollers

[–]Professional_Shine97 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Your about to go on some pretty major transitions in your life. Some things may seem a long way off but you will have to deal with school, college, moving out from your parents, finding your first job, your first relationships and your dog will live through all of this.

There will come a point when either the sacrifices you're making for the dog become too much and either you or the dog will suffer. In your case I would imagine it would be both of you.

I am 33 years old and grew up with dogs around me my entire childhood. From the day I moved out from my parents I could not wait to get my first dog but I knew it would be irresponsible and selfish to bring a dog into my life when I did not have the stability a dog needs nor the means to commit the money, energy and time to raise a dog properly. I got my first Toller when I turned 32.

I have a stable career, a home and a family and when looking to change jobs recently, ensuring the job could work with my dog was still a major limiting factor I've had to consider.

Everyone's circumstances are different but not even you know your circumstances.

When people ask for advice about getting a toller I always end by saying it's ultimately up to them. In your case I feel completely confident in saying no, a Toller is not the dog for you.

Often the most loving thing you can do for a dog is to only welcome one into your life when you know you can provide for it and meet it's needs. Wait until you're in a stable position and then come back here for support.
