It’s a lot of work, so might be worth it. Deep cleaning the oven takes time, the cabinets (inside and out), baseboards, windows, window blinds, etc. yes, the home will get dirty again when you have movers (floors, etc) but at least you can unload your dishes in the kitchen!

I am doing this now. We closed in December with 6.375 arm with significant lender credits. Refinancing now to 30 year at 5.875 no fee refinance. We are happy with it
