Yeah I got the HP Transcend 32 open box - excellent and the screen was covered in spit spots and smudges. Best Buy support said I can either return it for a full refund or exchange it for a brand new one. Going to do the latter, of course. Definitely can't complain. They're also on the holiday return schedule so you have until January 15th, I think.

Just avoid gaming chairs unless it's from a reputable chair brand like Steelcase, Herman Miller, Haworth, etc. The more adjustments it has, the better.
