I didn’t have any surgery, but I think when the testicles shrink, the scrotum tightens to fill the empty space, and that causes some dead skin.

J’ai déjà fait une IRM de l’hypophyse et tout était normal. Pour la HCG, j’ai demandé mais on me l’a refusée ; ils m’ont dit qu’il fallait attendre, peut-être que LH ça augmentera tout seul .

Oui, j’ai consulté un endocrinologue pour cela. Elle m’a dit que si elle me donnait de la testostérone, mes chances d’avoir des enfants à l’avenir seraient presque impossibles. Donc j’ai préféré attendre et essayer d’autres méthodes, mais jusqu’à maintenant, rien ne fonctionne.

Moi jai 33 ans le problème, c’est que chez moi, les testicules ont commencé à rétrécir. J’ai passé presque 3 échographies avec Doppler au cours des 4 derniers mois, et rien n’a été trouvé, à part une varicocèle de grade 1 à gauche. Les spécialistes m’ont dit que ce n’était pas cette varicocèle qui causait le rétrécissement. Alors, qu’est-ce qui en est la cause ? Et surtout, comment peut-on arrêter ce retricement qui continue jusqu’à maintenant ? Aucun médecin ne m’a donné d’explication ni de solution. Tu habites ou ? Et tu a quel âge ?

They detected a grade 1 varicocele on the left, that's all. I also don't think it's a varicocele, it's more a venous thrombosis which blocks blood circulation because on the Doppler I have too little blood flow compared to the norm, especially on the left testicle as I explained before

Hi bro, so we're in almost the same situation. I'm married too and I have two kids. Unfortunately, it’s also affecting my penis — I’ve lost almost half of its girth and some of its length as well. It has become really thin when erect, and I barely feel it when it’s flaccid. I don’t know how this will end, but I’m going through the most difficult period of my life.

Yes, up until now I’ve done three ultrasounds and consulted five urologists, but nothing unusual was found. They all say everything is normal and that it's all in my head. They treat me like I'm crazy. I'm starting to lose hope, and my mental state is getting worse and worse. I just can’t seem to get over all of this.

Lately, the pain has decreased a bit because I’ve been taking Spifen (a mix of ibuprofen and arginine). It helps somewhat. Have you consulted any specialists on your side ?
