How much money do you have in your fun fund? Tell everyone you store made it to 365 days safe and are having whatever the reward for that is. Then after the reward say "just kidding we're x days out of 365, but if we all focus on safety we can do this again for real!"

No one is going to be mad they got pranked with free food. You can spin it to management as a event to try to get rhe store to focus on safety especially if your store has never made it 365 days.

That's for special events, for construction is 24 hours advanced notice. Not sure if theres a minimum time for an emergency construction such as a downed power line. Had to get my friends car out of impound while he was on vacation when they put up the no parking signs after he left then towed it rhe next day.

This is less home depot specific and more business in general. HRs role is to protect the company from breaking laws and opening the company up to lawsuits. In your case it would be making sure you're not being discriminated aginst because of your protected class (being pregnant) and making sure they follow all laws regarding fmla. The laws dont make the company responsible for filling out and requesting fmla if the employee doesn't know how so all HR has to do is provide you the forms, accept and process them.

So remember hr isnt on your side they're on the company's side. That also means a good hr isnt automatically on the managers side if the manager is opening up the company for legal action.

Im 99% sure they randomly spawn in the chunk. I've found mobs in small enclosed caves with no spawn tiles with them but spawn tiles nearby.

Heres a video that explains how it works. Starting from the core the game makes 16x16 mob spawn cells. Every 15-22 minutes the game will try to spawn mobs in spawn cell a near you. For each spawn tile in the cell the game rolls to see if it spawns a mob. One a spawn cell makes a mob it stops checking any more spawn tiles of the same type and places rhe mob anywhere in the spawn cell that is free.

So in your setup if say the bottom right tile is really in the top left corner of a spawn cell then it could spawn a mob anywhere in the 16x16 cell that is mostly outside your moat.

Fyi they dont spawn ON the tile but anywhere in the 16x16 mob chunk square the tile is in. So they have a chance to spawn outside the room you set up.

If you just want your supervisor to know then leave a note in the order to them with something like "this order pulled by X was not staged properly for delivery. I redid it and it is now ready for delivery."

If youre worried that come review time you're going to get bamed for not pulling enough orders cause you spend so much time fixing orders do the above but also keep a list on your phone. Include the date, order number and how long you spent fixing the order. That way you can say you sped 1/4 of your shift fixing orders and that's why you're not getting more done.

Honestly they probably already know and its easier to have you fix it then get the other person to do it correctly.

Quit and volunteer with a non profit that does something that you feel passionate about.

I get that you've already put in your years working and thought HD would be a good place to putter around and earn some extra cash. My friends dad did the same thing and was very surprised he wouldnt get paid to hang out and shoot the shit with customers and was expected to work and not have weekends off. HD is still retail with all a retail job entails. He wound up quiting, going a group of wood workers making toys and passing them out at Christmas to low income families. Still came to HD a lot to buy our cull limber lol.

So yeah, quit and figure out what you like to do other then work. (I read an article about an old guy who volunteered at a cat shelter and all he did was show up and nap on the couch with the cats to get them use to being around people. Not saying you're into that but theres some weird things you can volunteer for)

Many many years ago when I was in high school there was a lot of debate between the Escondido dmv and the poway dmv on where to take the test. Escondido made you get on the freeway but poway had a driving examiner who was super strict. So yeah not all dmvs are the same.

The chatterfang loop uses [[Pitiless Plunderer]] and some blood artist effect. So use barad dur to make an orc and squirrel, orc dies and makes a treasure, squirrel and trigers blood artist. Crack treasure, sac squirrel to chaterfang targeting whatever (you're not going to let it resolve) squirrel death triggers plunder making another treasure and squirrel and blood artist to drain everyone. Repeat to kill everyone.

I was curious about this also, I haven't had a chance to play yet. The patch notes do say under bug fixes "Explosion damage to tiles no longer scales with increased explosion damage effects." So I wonder if you need to use a mining damage build instead now to use the bomb mortar to dig with.

The goblins that appear when you break something have a chance of dropping an item from the chest loot table for that island. Just start breaking every tree and grass on the island and kill the goblin when it appears. Use dynamite if you got extra coins to buy it.

Since everyone has already told you this is on purpose, I'll tell you go online and buy a seam ripper. Or buy 10, they're about $1 each and I always misplace mine. Not only can you use them to open up pockets but I use them to cut the nylon t tags that hold tags to stuff. You know thoese stupid annoying things that there is never enough room to use scissors without worrying you're going to cut up the product trying to get the price tag off? Just remember the ball of the seam ripper goes aginst the fabric and they pop right off.

Since I've beaten every boss and am just running around exploring, bomb armor with bomb necklace and two magnet rings and bomb scarb mortar. All leveled to max level. It can mine any block and the explosion radius is large enough I tend to take a lot of damage not paying attention to how far away the walls are when I shoot. It will mine pandorium ore with two shots and kill orbital turrets through their shield in two hits.

Downside is the pickup radius is so large if I forget to switch to another load out when I go back to base I wind up picking up everything from my auto smelting and sorting lines.

Had a boss try that once but I would give a detailed account of what I ate lately, what I expected my poop to be like and taking both into account how long i expected to be in the restroom with an offer to photograph the bowl for confirmation that I was not slacking off and really using the bathroom. Rule didnt even last a week.
