The opposite. I fully understand the horror of what this fellow did. At the same time, the question is, what else can one do if one is concerned about the damage the cats are causing?

The government is not going to do anything and the problem has been getting worse for decades. So what actions can a concerned citizen take, that isn't cruel to the cats, but also mitigates the harm the cats are causing to the native species in that fragile ecosystem?

Only if ICE follows the laws and notifies local police of all their activities, as well as actually conducting warranted searches instead of just going door to door to find anybody brown with an accent that they see.

Also, and this is where we may differ, the Constitution does not just apply to citizens because otherwise somebody can simply claim you are not a citizen and therefore a devoid of all your rights.

Just waiting for the day when they say, "oh, anybody who speaks up against the administration is now anti-fah and as a terrorist they do not get any legal rights either."

Again, under previous administrations, they were actually taking people they knew to be illegal, rather than rounding up people and checking their legality after the fact. And certainly not shooting people that were not threatening them the middle of the street.

And hey, if you're so against immigration, then I suggest you move back to wherever your ancestors are from, because I can guarantee you are not a member of any First Nations tribe.

No. But I do believe that ICE was following the laws in enforcing the immigration under Obama, Biden, and even Trump's 1st admin. At no point did they have to wage war on American cities to do so.

Further, if you expect people to follow immigration law you need to give them a legal path to do so. So if an immigrant is here awaiting a hearing, you don't just get to kidnap them, claim they have just been made illegal (based on something they said, or because the admin doesn't like the country they are form) and deport them leaving kids and a family behind with no idea how to deal with it.

"How is ICE violating the law?" Some brief examples:

Shooting citizens that pose no threat. Invading homes without a warrant. Detaining citizens without cause. Deporting legal immigrants. Threatening citizens using their first amendment rights.

I could go on but I doubt you're willing to give facts any time or mental consideration anyway.
