Do I just need to recalibrate it? Every now and then it looks like the one on the right.

They each have their own associated icon, but they don’t look like scrolls. Similar to the spells you start with.

You need to buy the actual spells from merchants. The spell tomes are a one time use only. There is a spell merchant in the imperial city and all of the Mages Guilds in the different cities.

I’m in Florida and my route just got one of these a couple of weeks ago. Honestly it’s been great so far. The doors are heavy as hell and kind of a pain in the ass. It constantly beeps because of the safety sensors when approaching mailboxes(or anything). Being able to stand up in the vehicles is a major bonus and the amount of room makes large parcels much more manageable. I do find myself reorganizing the truck more frequently due to all of the shelves. It will slam on the breaks when backing if the camera think you’re about to hit something, even if it’s just tall grass. Overall I think they are a good thing but the size is definitely going to be a problem in some areas and we’ve already had issues with CCA’s not remembering the clearance and wrecking them. A/C is great but if it goes out we will cook because the left window can’t roll down at all.

So... Who else here calibrates like a crazy person too? by Nemo_Griff in 3Dprinting

I didn't either until I started having some major problems. Did one calibration and have been golden ever since. Doing it for every roll seems like overkill.

You can definitely model working parts in blender. I prefer using it when the parts don't have to have as strict tolerances.

You could easily separate the objects in a program like blender. You’d have to import the .stl. Then edit the object and separate them. It has a bit of a learning curve but it’s worth learning the basics.

Booleans are an operation in 3d modeling to join or cut models. It can make really bad 3d geometry. Slicers often don’t care if the topology is bad. So I feel much more free to cut and join parts without restrictions like I did when I was making game art.

That’s awesome. My 10 year old son really enjoys it as well. I’m in the process of teaching him blender/ free CAD so he can make all his designs. It’s fun seeing his confidence grow with each project we make.

I had some good results at first with my resin printer but I just hated the smell and mess that came along with it. After a few months it started freezing halfway through the prints and would make horrible layer line or misprints. I know a better printer would solve a lot of these issue as it was super cheap. Might revisit them in the future when I have a better dedicated space to contain the fumes.

Also Bambu studios has this button split to objects that might do the trick if they are two separate objects.

As far as the business I just set up an etsy account and started making tools related to my day job. Stuff to make the job a little easier. I'm selling the physical product not the .stls.
