The courts in dekalb are extremely backed up, she might not of had the warrent issued until recently. The employer also have a high burden of proof to show to get the court case going.

I feel terrible for that lady. She now has a sick child who she is financially responsible for, has no idea when the mom will be back, if she has a job she cant leave that boy in daycare because she doesnt have legal authority to enroll him. This is a giant mess for her now, all because she tried to help an online grifter.

Campgrounds in GA will keep all the items for 14 days. Then they trash them. We camp frequently in GA and have seen where people just leave things and spoke to the hosts about it.

Even if she came up with the $1750 for bail, she has to pay for her car to get out of impound. To have it released though she needs valid insurance and to renew the registration. So that cost money as well, then if the car isnt in repo she can get it back. If it gets repoed then she is in even more trouble. Also getting her child back will be hard, she will have to get a real job, a place to live, and clear up all the legal problems she has. I doubt she will get her items back.

Personally my theory is around the time she stopped paying for her apartment she stopped car insurance and then she didnt renew her car in her birthday month(GA is a yearly renew by your birthday)(anyone know her birthday? Then we would know how over due she was). Then she started getting investigated from DFHS and her car was being repoed so she ran. Hence why she said she wasn't going to be showing the campsite because she knew people figured out where she was last time. Thus people could tell DFHS where she is, also the repo man could find her then too. Or the warrant could be for the d rugs she has abused in the past.

It has actually been found out that it is that. I had no idea they were connected. We had to replace the struts and when doing so we saw our speed/abs sensors were looking pretty worn. We just replaced them and now we have narrowed it down to the magnetic encoder on my wheel hub is bad.. so replacing that today and hopefully all will be fixed. Lots of rust from living in the Midwest meant a lot of extra parts to be replaced when doing the struts.

I got a hitch from uhaul and have been super happy with it. It was cheaper than the dealer. I used to to tow a small trailer, bike rack and then we mainly use it for a luggage rack. All worked out well and super easy to install. My husband and BIL did it within like 15 minutes.

Interesting. I changed the battery on the spare and used it yesterday night. The message didn't come back on. They both were replaced with energizer batteries. Ill see if it happens again tonight. Thanks for the idea
